Jacksonville, Fla. - Coastal Carolina track and field completed the first two days of the NCAA East Regional in Jacksonville, Fla. on Wednesday and Thursday. Amanda Kinloch was the top finisher for the Chants as she advanced to Saturday's quarterfinal in the women's 100 meter hurdles with a 19th place finish and a time of 13.23.
Terrique Webb competed in the men's long jump on Wednesday and finished 29th overall at 7.23 meters.
Zayna Fray-Samuel placed 21st in the women's hammer throw with a mark of 59.36 meters.
Zionna Perez-Tucker ran the women's 100 meter race in 11.71 seconds in her regional appearance.
Latiana Acker posted a 24.25 in the women's 200 meters on Thursday evening.

The Chanticleers are back in action Saturday with Kayla Ulmer competing in the women's triple jump, Camryn Lorick competing in the women's high jump, and Kinloch looking to move on in the women's 100 meter hurdles quarterfinals.
