Outdoor Season

• Regional Qualifier in the hammer throw
• Set a new personal-best and won the hammer throw at the Sunday Night Qualifier (60.13 meters), ranking second in school history
• Finished fourth in the hammer throw at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championship (57.20 meters)
• Second-place finish in the hammer throw at the Charlotte Invitational (58.99 meters)
• Won the hammer throw at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (56.38 meters)
• CSC Academic All-District with 3.74 GPA

• Finished fifth in the weight throw at the Sun Belt Indoor Championship (18.61 meters)
• Set a personal-best and won the weight throw at the Carolina Challenge (18.96)

2023 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in five meets during the outdoor season
• Recorded four top-five individual finishes in the hammer throw
• Finished runner-up in the hammer throw event with a personal-best mark of 57.53 meters, the third-best mark in CCU history
• Her season-best mark of 57.53 meters in the hammer was fifth in the Sun Belt Conference
• Placed third in the hammer throw with a distance of 56.35 meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Turned in a fourth-place finish at the hammer throw event with a mark of 56.42 meters at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Picked up a fifth-place finish with a distance of 57.14 meters in the hammer throw at the UNF East Coast Relays
• Named to the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2023 spring semester

Indoor Season

• Earned 2023 All-Sun Belt third-team honors with a third-place finish in the weight throw event
• Competed in five meets during the indoor season
• Finished third in the weight throw event with a personal best and the second-best mark in CCU history at 18.54 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Her mark of 18.54 meters at the indoor championship meet was the fourth-best in the Sun Belt Conference for the indoor season
• Posted a runner-up finish in the women's weight throw with a distance of 17.74 meters at the Gamecock Opener
• Turned in a fourth-place finish with a mark of 18.02 meters in the weight throw at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
• Recorded a fifth-place showing in the weight throw event with a throw of 17.10 meters at the Carolina Challenge
• Turned in a distance of 17.83 meters in the weight throw event to finish 12th overall at the Bob Pollock Invitational

2022 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in five meets during the outdoor season
• Posted a third-place finish in the hammer throw with a distance of 49.12 meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Finished eighth overall in the hammer throw event with a season-best mark of 52.58 meters at the USC Open
• Recorded a 14th-place finish in the shot put with a season-best toss of 12.08 meters at the USC Open
• Finished 18th in the shot put at the Weems Baskin Relays (11.57 meters) and in the hammer throw at the UF Tom Jones Memorial (49.16 meters)
• Turned in throws of 11.25 meters and 11.38 meters in the shot put at the UF Tom Jones Memorial and the North Florida Collegiate Invitational, respectively 
• Competed in the hammer throw at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships but did not register a mark
• Named to the Dean's List (3.25 GPA or higher) for the 2022 spring term

Indoor Season

• Competed in five meets over the indoor season
• Totaled three top-10 finishes
• Finished eighth overall with a season-best throw of 17.29 meters in the weight throw at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships
• Took fourth place overall in the weight throw event with a toss of 16.39 meters at the Gamecock Opener
• Placed seventh in the weight throw event with a mark of 17.09 meters at the Carolina Challenge
• Finished 14th with a distance of 10.56 meters in the shot put at the Gamecock Opener
• Posted a 22nd place finish in the shot put at the Carolina Challenge with a throw of 11.44 meters
• Also posted a throw of 10.69 meters in the shot put at the 2022 Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
• Named to the Dean's List (3.25 GPA or higher) for the 2021 fall semester

• Won a bronze medal in the hammer throw at the 2021 U20 Championships
• Was a silver medalist in the shot put at the 2019 AAU National Championships and Metro’s
• Won the gold medal in the shot put with a meet record at the 2019 Birchmount Relays Jr. Girls
• Earned a silver medal in the shot put at the 2018 TDCAA Championships
• Named the 2018 TDCAA Championship Most Outstanding Athlete
• Won the gold medal with a new meet record in the shot put at the 2018 U15 Hamilton Indoor Games
• Was a member of the 2018 OFSAA U15 4x1000 relay championship team
• Cousin, AJ Lawson, played basketball at South Carolina and was drafted to the NBA by the Atlanta Hawks
