CONWAY, S.C. — The NCAA announced eight super regional sites and game times Tuesday with the No. 13 Coastal Carolina baseball team headed to No. 4 Auburn for a best-of-three series at Plainsman Park.
The teams will start things off on Friday, June 6 at 9 p.m. ET with game two on Saturday, June 7 at 3 p.m. If necessary, a third and deciding game will be played on Sunday with game time to be determined.
Coastal Carolina (51-11) is playing in its fourth Super Regional in program history while Auburn (41-18) is playing host to a Super Regional for the first time. The teams have met only once on the diamond, in 2019's Atlanta Regional with Auburn earning a 16-7 victory.
The winner advances to the Men's College World Series, which begins play Friday, June 13, at Charles Schwab Field Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska.
