BUIES CREEK, N.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's soccer team shut out the Campbell Fighting Camels 1-0 on Friday evening in Buies Creek, N.C.

• With the win, the Chants improve to 2-3-0 on the season.
• Coastal snapped a three-match skid and improved to 2-1-0 in road contests.
• The Chants have a perfect 2-0-0 record when scoring first.
• CCU led the first half 5-2 in shots and 3-2 in corner kicks.
• Dolcie O'Connor netted her second goal of the season, scoring an olympico in the 63rd minute of action.
• The Chants matched their season high with four shots on goal.
• Rami Rapp and Eleanor Ashton paced the team each taking two shots to help the Chants outshoot the Fighting Camels 11-3 at the final whistle.
• Goalkeeper Aris Lamanna recorded her second clean sheet of the season.

The Chanticleers will return to Conway to take on East Carolina on Sept. 7 at 4 p.m. ET.
