Coastal Carolina Baseball Sets Regular-Season Attendance Record at Springs Brooks Stadium

CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina Baseball set a new program home attendance record during the 2026 regular season as Teal Nation continued to show out throughout the spring.

The Chanticleers welcomed a program-record 112,526 fans to Springs Brooks Stadium during the regular season, surpassing the previous mark of 84,438 set during the 2024 campaign. Coastal's attendance total increased by 33.3 percent over the previous record-setting season.

The Chanticleers also averaged 3,880 fans per home game this season, marking the first time in program history that Coastal averaged more than 3,000 fans per game during the regular season. The previous record average was 2,936 fans per game during the 2025 season.

The record-setting season featured four of the top 10 largest crowds in Springs Brooks Stadium history, including the two highest-attended regular-season games in stadium history:

  • 6,103 vs. Clemson (May 5)
  • 5,499 vs. Fairfield (Feb. 13)
  • 5,122 vs. Wake Forest (March 10)
  • 5,068 vs. James Madison (March 21)

Coastal Carolina's attendance growth comes as the program continues to build national momentum following its return to the Men's College World Series in 2025 under the leadership of head coach Kevin Schnall.
