CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina relief pitcher
Darin Horn earned his second All-America recognition of the day on Wednesday, as the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) named him a Third Team All-American.
The honor comes on the heels of Horn being named a Perfect Game Second Team All-American earlier Wednesday, further adding to an impressive list of accolades for the Chanticleers' standout reliever.
A First Team All-Sun Belt Conference selection, Horn also earned Perfect Game Third Team Midseason All-America honors during the season and was named to the NCBWA Midseason Stopper of the Year Watch List. He added Sun Belt Conference Pitcher of the Week recognition during Week 7 after a dominant stretch out of the bullpen.
Horn appeared in 31 games during his final collegiate season, posting an 8-2 record with seven saves and a 3.21 ERA. He struck out 93 batters over 67.1 innings pitched while holding opposing hitters to a .241 batting average.
Among his accomplishments, Horn ranked tied for second in the Sun Belt Conference in saves and was one of just two Division I pitchers in 2026 to record at least eight wins and seven saves.
