Premier Events, Championship Courses Highlight 2026-27 Men's Golf Schedule

CONWAY, S.C. – Two home tournaments and appearances in several of the nation's premier collegiate events highlight Coastal Carolina's 2026-27 men's golf schedule, head coach Jacob Wilner announced Wednesday. The Chanticleers will compete in 10 tournaments, including events played on championship courses such as TPC Sawgrass, Trump National Doral Golf Club, Bulls Bay Golf Club and The Dunes Golf & Beach Club.

Coastal will compete in four tournaments during the fall and six during the spring before closing the season at the Sun Belt Conference Championship in Madison, Miss. Along the way, the Chanticleers will face many of the nation's top programs in tournaments that have become staples on the collegiate golf calendar.

The Chanticleers open the season Sept. 6-8 by hosting the Myrtle Beach Golf Trips Intercollegiate, sponsored by Carolina Wealth Advisors, at Grande Dunes Golf Resort. The tournament marks the first of two home events for Coastal during the 2026-27 campaign.

Following the season opener, Coastal travels to the Chicago area for the Highlands Invitational, hosted by Wake Forest at Chicago Highlands Club on Sept. 21-22, before returning to South Carolina for the Bryan Bros Collegiate, hosted by South Carolina at Solina Golf Club in West Columbia on Sept. 28-29. The Chanticleers wrap up the fall season Oct. 12-14 at The Bryson Invitational, where they will compete on the Blue Monster Course at Trump National Doral in Miami.

The spring season begins Feb. 16-17 at the Battle at Briars Creek, hosted by the College of Charleston, before Coastal travels to Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., for The Hayt at TPC Sawgrass on March 6-8. The Chanticleers then return home to host The Michael A. Marino Classic at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club on March 14-16.

Coastal concludes the regular season with the Hootie at Bulls Bay Intercollegiate on March 29-31 in Awendaw, S.C., and the Mossy Oak Collegiate, hosted by Mississippi State, on April 12-13 in West Point, Miss.

The Chanticleers will close the season at the Sun Belt Conference Championship, scheduled for April 25-29 at Annandale Golf Club in Madison, Miss. The conference champion will earn the league's automatic berth into the NCAA Regionals.
