• Rated the No. 1 catcher and the No. 18 overall prospect in the state of South Carolina for the class of 2019 by Prep Baseball Report
• Ranked as high as the No. 2 catcher and the No. 25 overall prospect in the class of 2019 in the state of South Carolina by Perfect Game
• Also ranked as high as the No. 199 overall catching prospect in the nation by Perfect Game
• A 2019 PG Preseason All-American and Atlantic Region All-Region honorable mention selection
• Lettered at Cardinal Newman
• Led his team to a 25-5 overall record, a regional championship, and the semifinals of the state championship tournament his senior season
• A key member of the 2018 SCISA 3A state championship team
• A two-time SCISA All-Region team selection (2018 and 2019) and a two-time High School Sports Report/SCISA All-State honoree (2018 and 2019)
• A 2018 All-Midlands honorable mention selection
• Was twice selected to play in the SCISA All-Star Game, SC Palmetto Games, and Border Battle SC/NC Game
• Hit .356 with eight doubles and 25 RBIs his junior season, while also going 3-1 with a save on the mound
