Prior to Coastal: Competed in the Javelin throw all four years at Columbia High School... Best throw took place during senior year of high school, posting a mark of 131[apos] (39.93 m) to be named sectional champion... Also a member of the varsity volleyball team in high school and was captain her senior year.
