Finished 15th in the 800m at the PalmettoClassic with a time of 2:08.49 ... Ran the mile in 4:35.89 at the Shamrock Invitational ... Completed the 3,000m in 9:14.29 at the CCU Invitational ... Was named to the 2013-14 Big South Presidential Honor Roll, Dean[apos]s List.

2013 Cross Country:Ran in five meets for the Chanticleers ... Placed 13th at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a 5k time of 16:34 ... Was the fourth Chant to cross at the Big South Preview ... Ran the 8k Paul Short Run in 26:42 ... Crossed third for the Chants at the Blue Ridge Open, setting an 8k personal record of 25:58.17 ... Finished fourth for the Chants, 32nd overall, at the Big South Championship, completing the 8k course in 27:59... Dean[apos]s List.

At WW-P South HS: Was named team captain and MVP as a senior ... Crossed fourth at the 5k group 4 state championships and was named county champion in 2012 ... Finished 21st overall at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions in 2011 ... Holds a 5k personal best of 15:12, 3200m personal best of 9:11 and a 1600m personal record of 4:16 ...
