Digital Ticketing: Step-By-Step Guide
Everything you need to know to access, manage and scan your tickets on game day.

Digital tickets for Coastal Carolina Athletics can be accessed through the new Chanticleer Mobile App:

We strongly recommend following these important tips to ensure a smooth game day experience:
- Add Your Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet
Once you receive your tickets, save them to your mobile wallet. This will allow any game time changes to automatically update on your ticket. Adding tickets in advance helps avoid delays caused by slow Wi-Fi or weak cellular signals at the stadium.
- Transfer Tickets to Your Guests Before Game Day
Attending with friends or family? Be sure to transfer each person their individual ticket before game day. This will streamline entry for your entire group.
- Charge Your Phone Fully Before Arriving
Ensure your phone is fully charged before heading to the stadium. A strong battery is essential for accessing your tickets and getting through the gates quickly.
- Keep Your Phone Screen Clean and Clear
Make sure your phone screen is clean and free from heavy scratches or cracks. This will help scanners easily read your mobile ticket at the entrance.
Step 2: Log in to Your Account
Use the same email you used to purchase tickets. Navigate to the "My Tickets" button on the bottom right.
Step 3: Access Your Account Page
Click My Account or buy tickets * Students click on Student Tickets and sign in with your Coastal credentials
Step 4: Get A Login Code
Click Enter your email and request a login code (code will be sent to your email)
Step 5: Choose Your Event
Click on appropriate event
Step 6: Send Tickets To Your Wallet
Click on Add from Apple or Google Wallet
Step 7: Select All
Click Add All Tickets
Step 8: Add All Tickets To Your Wallet
Click 'Add All' on the top right and go enjoy the game!
Transferring Tickets Step-by-Step
Easily transfer tickets to family and friends from your Chanticleer Mobile App. Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Click on Transfer Tickets
Step 2: Select Tickets and Tap “Continue”
Step 3: Add Recipient Info
Choose a contact or enter the recipient’s first and last name along with their mobile number.
Step 4: Click Review Transfer
Step 5: Click Transfer
Once completed, the recipient will be notified instantly via text message.
Accepting a Transferred Ticket
Step 1: Receive a Text Message
You’ll get a text message with a link to accept the transfer.
Step 2: Tap “Accept Transfer”
Step 3: Log In and Confirm
Log in to your account to accept or decline the ticket. You have 48 hours to complete the transfer. Once accepted, add the ticket to your mobile wallet and have it ready to scan at the gate.

Helpful Tips
- Download your tickets before arriving at the venue.
- Make sure your phone is fully charged on game day.
- Use the "Add to Wallet" feature for faster access at the gate.
