HIGH SCHOOL: Hit .472 with eight home runs and 33 runs-batted-in his senior season at The King[apos]s Academy in West Palm Beach, Fla... Was an AA All-State selection in 2002... Helped the Lions win the AA state championship his junior season... Earned Offensive Player of the Year his sophomore season after hitting .492... As a freshman, was the team[apos]s Defensive Player of the Year... Born April 22, 1984... Is a health promotions major with an emphasis on sports management.
