2022 (Junior)

  • Earned a spot on the All-Sun Belt second team
  • Played in and started 59 games on the season
  • Started 52 games at third base, five at second base, and two at designated hitter
  • Missed one game after taking a pitch to the helmet while at the plate
  • Ranked in the top 10 in the Sun Belt in home runs (13) and RBIs (49)
  • Hit .284 with 62 base hits and 49 runs scored the season
  • Blasted five home runs and six doubles, drove in 21 RBIs, and scored 19 runs in 30 conference games on the year

  • Drove in three RBIs, scored two runs, and had a triple in the back-to-back games versus Ball State (Feb. 27-28)
  • Had a solid weekend at nationally-ranked North Carolina (March 4-6), going 4-for-12 with two home runs, one walk, two RBIs, three runs, and a stolen base in the three-game series
  • Hit safely in all three games versus Xavier (March 11-13), going 3-for-9 with two home runs, three walks, four RBIs, and four runs scored 
  • Went a combined 5-for-12 with two home runs, two walks, five RBIs, and three runs scored in the three-game conference series on the road at nationally-ranked Texas State (March 25-27)

  • Was second on the team with 112 fielding assists
  • Was also second on the team with 15 multi-hit games

  • Had a season-long six-game hitting streak on the year
  • Went 3-for-5 with two home runs, three RBIs, and two runs scored in the series finale versus Troy (May 9) - one of five Chants to hit two home runs in the same game on the season

  • Also scored his first career run in the victory versus the Owls
  • Went 2-for-3 with two singles and two runs scored off the bench in the road game at No. 7 NC State (March 4)
  • Walked and scored a run in the series-opening win against Maryland (Feb. 28)
  • Posted a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage on the year
  • Earned a spot on the Dean's List (3.25 GPA or higher) for the 2020 spring semester

  • Ranked as high as the No. 42 shortstop in the class of 2019 for the state of Florida by Perfect Game
  • A 2019 Perfect Game/Rawlings Preseason All-American and Preseason Florida All-Region selection
  • Tabbed a 2018 Perfect Game/Rawlings Preseason Underclass All-American honorable mention
  • A 2018-19 Perfect Game Showcase Top Prospect List and Team member
  • A two-time Golden Glove Award winner (2018 and 2019)
  • Lettered in baseball and football at Bishop Moore High School in Orlando, Fla.
