• Helped Virginia State advance to the CIAA Championship Game
• Recorded a season-high eight tackles against Johnson C. Smith

2022 (Freshman) - Virginia State

• Appeared in nine games
• Finished seventh on the team with 23 tackles
• Added 2.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and six quarterback hurries
• Recorded a season-high six tackles against Shaw

High School

• Played at George Washington High School in Danville, Va.
• Four-year starter for the Eagles
• Earned first-team all-state, all-region and all-district honors as a senior
• Recorded 130 tackles, 15 sacks and eight forced fumbles during his senior season
• Earned all-state honors in 2020 after recording more than 100 tackles and eight sacks
• Was an all-region and all-district selection as a sophomore
• Helped lead George Washington to multiple playoff appearances

• Uncle Nate Poole played in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals and New Orleans Saints and currently serves as wide receivers coach at North Carolina A&T
