• Won a Gold Medal as a member of the 2017 Canadian U19 National Team

2017-18 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 30 games … Averaged 5.7 points and 3.3 rebounds per game … Shot a team-best .635 from the field … Was tied for third on the team with 18 blocked shots … Had eight games where he reached double-digits scoring … Had his career high 18 points in win over Little Rock (1/27/18) … Scored 15 points against Troy (2/15/18) and at Arkansas State (2/24/18) … Recorded three blocked shots at Little Rock (2/22/18) and had five two-block games … Named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List and to the CCU Dean’s List.

2016-17 (FRESHMAN): Averaged 4.6 points and 3.9 rebounds per game...Played in 37 games with 11 starts... Recorded his first collegiate double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds against Coppin State (11/16/16)...Had 12 points and six rebounds against UNC Asheville (12/03/16)...Also had 12 points and six rebounds in a conference win over Appalachian State (01/14/17)...Led the team shooting 55 percent from the field...Was second on the team with 28 blocked shots including three blocks three times; Coppin State (11/16/16); Southern Utah (11/21/16) and; Appalachian State (1/14/17)...Academically, was named to the CCU President’s List during the fall and to the Dean’s List in the spring.

HIGH POINT CHRISTIAN ACADEMY: Bamba came to CCU from High Point Christian Academy...He is originally from Toronto, Ontario, and was ranked as the No. 3 recruit out of the Ontario providence by ESPN.com...Bamba was a threestar recruit according to ESPN.com with a final grade of 74 out of 100...During his junior season, Bamba averaged 9.5 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game while sharing the floor with three additional Division I signees...He shot 68 percent from the field in his 31 games played. Bamba also excelled academically with a 4.0 grade point average.
