• Played both offense and defense as a sophomore and junior, before moving to mostly defense his senior season
• Registered 99 tackles, including 59 solo stops, nine pass breakups, six interceptions, and recovered two fumbles on defense in his high school career
• Totaled 52 tackles, including 2.0 tackles-for-loss, and six interceptions from the secondary his senior year
• Recorded 32 tackles as a junior
• Also caught two passes in both his senior and junior seasons, scoring a touchdown on the offensive side of the ball his junior year
