Hayley Sims joins Coach Kelley Green's staff for the 2020 season as a graduate assistant coach.
Sims is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and played four seasons with the Gamecocks where she saw the majority of her playing time at first base. .

Hayley was a .251 career hitter in 205 career games and in her four years in Jacksonville, Sims totaled 14 Â homers, 24 doubles, and 76 runs batted in.
With the glove, the former Ohio Valley Conference veteran  ranked in the top three of the conference fielding percentage rankings in 2017-2019. In 2017, Sims committed just one error in 306 opportunities.Â
