Coastal Carolina University Athletics

Nic Planchard joined the Chanticleer coaching staff in August of 2017. He is a former Coastal Carolina student-athlete, having played for the men's tennis team during the 2015-16 season.

Planchard transferred from Tusculum to Coastal for his final season of competition. He was a member of Coastal's 2016 Big South Championship team, and helped the Chants return to the NCAA Tournament.

Planchard graduated with a degree in biology from Coastal in 2017.
