- Attended Stephen Decatur High School in Berlin, Maryland
- Played all four seasons on the varsity women’s lacrosse and basketball teams as a midfielder and point guard, respectively, serving as a captain for both her senior year
- 2023 Regional Women’s lacrosse Champion
- 2023 1st Team All-Conference
- 2022-23 G.R.I.T. Team Award
- 2022 Regional Women’s Basketball Champion
- 2023 MVP

- Brother, Shawn Rosemond, currently plays baseball at Salisbury University
