- Won the 3000 meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (10:07.95)

- Ran the eighth-best time in school history in the 5000 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships (17:36.98)

- Father, Grier Laughlin, was a swimmer at the University of Dartmouth (1992-1996)
- Grandmother, Cherry Laughlin, played golf at the University of Arkansas (1960-1964)
- Received 13 total letters during her high school career in softball, basketball, swimming, cross country and track and field
- Served one year as the swimming and cross country team captain
