Outdoor Season

• Ran the eighth-best time in school history in the 10,000 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championship (35:48.41)
• Set a new personal-best in the 5000 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championship (17:19.45)
• Posted a personal-best in the 1500 meters at the Duke Invitational (4:39.78)
• Won the 3000 meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (10:07.95)

• Ran the eighth-best time in school history in the 5000 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships (17:36.98)
• Posted a personal-best time of 10:02.68 in the 3000 meters at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational 

• Regional qualifier in the 6k
• Finished 14th with a personal-best time of 18:06.5 in the 5k at the Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships
• Set a personal-best in the 6k at the Panorama Farms Invitational (21:53.9)
• Won the Chanticleer Challenge 5k (18:31.0)

2023-24 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season

• Finished 22nd in the 5000 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships (18:48.35)
• Set a personal-best in the 800 meters at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational (2:24.32)
• Won the mile race at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (5:09.03)

• Ran a personal-best in the mile at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championship (5:02.74)
• Seventh-place finish in the mile at the Gamecock Opener (5:06.73)

Cross Country

• Competed in one meet during the 2023 fall season
• In her lone competition for the Chants, Laughlin finished sixth in the 4k at the Buccaneer Open with a 15:54.8 final time

High School

• Attended Cherry Creek High School in Denver, Colo.
• Father, Grier Laughlin, was a swimmer at the University of Dartmouth (1992-1996)
• Grandmother, Cherry Laughlin, played golf at the University of Arkansas (1960-1964)
• Received 13 total letters during her high school career in softball, basketball, swimming, cross country and track and field
• Served one year as the swimming and cross country team captain
• 4x 4x800m State Champion
• 2x Swimming State Champion
• 2022 Track Team State Champion
• 2021 Cross Country State and National Champion
• 2021 All-State Cross Country 2nd team
• 2022 All-State Track and Field for the 4x800m
• 2022 Nike Track All-American for the 4x mile
• Participated in the Nike Outdoor All-American Nationals
• Named to the Track/XC Academic All-State
• Named to the Fall 2022 Academic All-Mountain West Team
• Member of the National Honor Society and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes
