2023 (Junior)
Outdoor Season

• Did not compete in a meet during the outdoor season
• Earned a spot on the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2023 spring semester

Indoor Season

• Competed at four meets during the indoor season
• Was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished sixth overall at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 3:45.37
• Also finished 15th overall in the 400-meters with a time of 57.20 at the indoor championship meet
• Posted a runner-up finish in the 200-meters with a time of 25.00 at the Gamecock Opener
• Was one leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed second overall at the Gamecock Opener with a time of 3:48.51
• Was also part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished third with a time of 3:43.80 at the Bob Pollock Invitational, the third-best time in CCU history
• Turned in a seventh-place finish in the 400-meters at the Bob Pollock Invitational with a time of 56.00, which was also the 10th-best time in CCU history and the 10th-best time in the Sun Belt Conference for the indoor season
• Also posted a time of 24.97 in the 200-meters at the Bob Pollock Invite hosted by Clemson
• Placed seventh overall in the 200-meters with a time of 25.00 at the Carolina Challenge
• Earned a spot on the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or higher) for the 2022 fall semester

2022 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in six meets during the outdoor season
• A key member of the relay units at CCU
• Finished seventh overall in the 400-meters at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a finals time of 56.24 after recording a prelims time of 55.52
• Posted a season-best time of 24.55 (0.4) in the 200-meters at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
• Registered a 15th-place finish in the 400-meters with a time of 55.05 at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
• Finished sixth overall with a time of 56.10 in the 400-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Turned in a time of 56.04 for a 16th place finish in the 400-meters at the USC Open
• Recorded a time of 24.99 (-0.3) in the 200-meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational
• A member of both the 4x200 (1:39.49) and the 4x400-meter (3:50.34) relay teams that both finished runner-up at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Part of both the 4x100 (44.20) and the 4x400-meter (3:39.20) relay teams that both crossed the finish line in third overall at the USC Open
• Ran the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fifth overall at the Weems Baskin Relays with a time of 3:49.27

2021 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season

• A 2021 NCAA Division I East Preliminaries qualifier in both the 400-meters and the 4x400-meter relay
• Turned in a time of 55.94 in the 400-meters and a time of 3:40.01 as part of the 4x400-meter relay team at the NCAA East Preliminaries
• Garnered first-team All-Sun Belt honors as part of the championship 4x400-meter relay team that Sun Belt crossed the finish line first with the sixth-best time in school history at 3:38.70
• Also placed third overall in the 400-meters at the SBC Championship meet with a season-best time of 53.97 in the finals
• Finished 12th in the 200-meters at the conference championships with a season-best time of 24.59 (-0.2)
• Won the 400-meters at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge with a time of 55.14
• Finished fourth in the 200-meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (26.62 (2.2)) and sixth at the Gamecock Invitational (24.00 (2.1))
• Placed sixth in the 400-meters at the UF Tom Jones Invitational (54.15) and eighth overall at the Weems Baskin Relays (55.03)
• Recorded a season-best time of 12.37 in the 100-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays, finishing 13th overall
• Part of the 4x100-meter relay team that placed sixth at the Weems Baskin Relays with a time of 46.14
• Also ran as part of the 4x200-meter relay team that took first place overall at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a time of 1:40.96
• A member of the 4x400-meter relay unit that finished first at the CCU Chanticleer Challenge (3:34.310, second at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (3:55.36), and 14th overall at the UF Tom Jones Invitational (3:41.38)

Indoor Season

• Competed in five meets on the season, racing in the 400 and as part of the 4x400-meter relay unit
• Earned second-team All-Sun Belt honors with a second-place finish as part of the 4x400-meter relay team with a time of 3:46.07 at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Also placed fourth overall in the 400-meters with a season-best time of 56.07 at the conference championship meet
• Also competed in the 400-meters at the Carolina Indoor Open, placing sixth with a time of 56.39, and at the Gamecock Opener, finishing eighth with a time of 57.69
• A member of the 4x400-meter relay team that crossed the finish line in first with a time of 3:50.30 at the Liberty Elite Invitational and finished fourth at the Bob Pollock Indoor Invitational with a time of 3:48.09
