2018 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets; five events. . . 16 top-10 finishes, including three first-place finishes in the 4x100 (45.24) at the Sun Belt Championships on May 11-13, Mountaineer Open (45.23) on Apr. 27-28, and the Coastal Carolina Invite (46.29) on Mar 9-10).

2018 Indoor : Competed in five meets; 3 events. . . Set personal-best times in the 60m (7.62) at the VMI Relays on Feb 9-10 and 60H (8.80) at the Sun Belt Championships Feb 19-20 . . . Four top-10 finishes.

2017 Outdoor: Appeared in eight meets competing in three events ... Finished 19th with personal best of 11.75 at Tom Jones Memorial in the 100m ... Ran a personal best 14.08 in the 100m hurdles qualifying for finals at War Eagle Invitational ... Member of the first place 4x100m relay team at Sun Belt Championships with 45.97.

2017 Indoor: Appeared in five meets running in three events ... Personal best of 8.01 at Samford Invitational in the 60m ... Ran a personal best 26.11 in the 200m at Hokie Invitational ... Qualified with personal best 8.83 in 60m hurdles at Sun Belt Championships.

2016 Outdoor: Ran a season-best 14.16 in the 100m hurdles at the Big South Championships, earning third place ... Earned All-Big South honors in the 4x100m relay ... Recorded three top-10 finishes in the 100m hurdles ... Turned in a season-best time of 14.28 in the 100m hurdles at the Coach O Coastal Carolina Invitational ... Finished second in the 200m at the Big South Triangular, crossing the finish line at 25.17 ... Made the Dean's List for the Fall 2015 semester.

At St. Albans HS: 2015 West Virginia State AAA Champion in the 100mH, 100m, and 200m.
