2019 XC: Appeared in all seven meets. . .Earned two top 10 finishes, including back-to-back meets to start the season; CCU Invite 5k (Aug. 30) and the Winthrop Invite (Sept.14). . . Set a personal best in the the 8k at th ECU Invite with a time of 26:21.00 and in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Regional in Charlottesville with a time of 32:57.00.

2019 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets, six events. . . Earned three top 10 finishes, including his first career win the Coastal Carolina Invite 3000m (9:00.49). . . Team season-best in the mile (4:32.85)

2018 XC: Appeared in five meets; Had two top 10 finishes in back-to-back meets, Coastal Carolina 5k (Sept. 7) and Winthrop Invitational 8k (Oct. 5). . . Set a personal best time at the Sun Belt Championships 8k (27:04.10) on Oct. 27 and at the NCAA Regional 10k (34:31.30) on Nov. 9

2018 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets; five events. . . three top-10 finishes; Coastal Carolina Invite 1500m (9th) on March 9-10, Bill Carson Invite 1500m (7th) on Apr 6-7, and USC Open 1500m (5th) on Apr. 21.

2017 XC: Appeared at six meets. . . one top-10 finish; CCU Invitational 3k (8:30 pb) on Sept. 21 as he finished 4th . . . Set two other personal bests Carolina Challenge 5k (16:48.20) and Mountain to Sea Open 6.4k (28.25.10)
