2023 (Junior)
Cross Country

• Competed in four of the six possible meets for the Chants during the 2023 fall season
• His top finish of the season came in the 8k at the Chanticleer Challenge, claiming sixth with a final time of 26:39
• Placed 13th in the men's 6k at the Buccaneer Open in 19:40
• Also ran in the 6k at the Adidas XC Challenge and the 8k at the Upstate Invitational, finishing 80th and 185th, respectively

2023 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in six meets during the outdoor season
• Finished 15th overall with a personal-best time of 9:55.59 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Crossed the finish line in third overall in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:12.42 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
• Turned in a time of 10:17.52 in the 3000-meter steeplechase to finish third overall at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational
• Picked up a 10th-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:24.95 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Finished 11th overall with a time of 10:07.21 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the UNF East Coast Relays
• Recorded a personal-best time of 4:15.05 in the 1500-meters to finish 21st overall at the USC Open

2022 (Sophomore)
Cross Country

• Did not compete in the cross country season
• Named to the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2022 fall semester

Cross Country

• Was named the team's Newcomer of the Year
• Competed in four races as a rookie
• Posted a 5-mile personal-best time of 27:37.9 at the Lansing Invitational
• Recorded an 8k personal-best time of 29:35.2 at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge
• Recorded a time of 28:55.6 in the 4.97-meter race at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Cross Country Championships

High School

• A three-year letterwinner for the Golden Flashes at Sayville High School
• Was a state qualifier and an All-Division honoree in cross country
• Earned All-Division 3 League 6 and All-County honors
• Named the team's Most Valuable Runner for cross country
• Was a recipient of the Coach’s Award for cross country
• Was also a state qualifier for track & field
• Earned All-League and All-County honors in track
• Set the school record in the 3000-meter steeplechase (10:00.57)
