• Attended Hasbrouck Heights High School in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J.
• Ran for the track and field team and played for the soccer team
• Served one year as both the track and field and soccer team captain
• 3x NJIC American Division League Champion for track and field
• 2x Group State Champion for track and field
• 2022 NJIC League Champion for soccer
• All-American Division First Team for track and field
• Bergen County Second Team for track and field
• Set a personal best and won the Penn Relay Field Event
• Holds the Hasbrouck Heights HS record for the javelin throw
• Listed on the Hasbrouck Heights HS honor roll all four years
• Member of the National Honor Society
• Brothers, Michael and Sean O’Malley, were a 4-5-year wrestlers at Drexel University
• Father, Daniel O’Malley, played football at Arizona State University
