2023 (Junior)
Outdoor Season

• Picked up All-Sun Belt second-team honors as part of the 4x100-meter relay runner-up team at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Also qualified and competed at the 2023 NCAA East Regional preliminaries in the 100-meter hurdles and as a member of the 4x100-meter relay team
• Ran one leg of the 4x100-meter relay unit that crossed the finish line second overall with a time of 44.61 at the Sun Belt Conference Championships
• Finished fourth overall in the 100-meter hurdles with a finals time of 13.40 (3.4) at the conference championship meet
• Ran in the 200-meters at the SBC Championships, placing 18th overall with a time of 24.65 (-2.2)
• Turned in a personal-best time of 13.26 (1.9) in the 100-meter hurdles at the NCAA East Preliminaries, the second-fastest mark in school history
• Placed 17th in the 100-meter hurdles at the NCAA East Preliminaries event with a finals time of 13.30 (1.9)
• Was also a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished 18th overall at the NCAA regional event with a time of 44.66
• Opened the outdoor season with a third-place finish in the 200-meters with a time of 25.36 (-1.7) at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge
• Posted a fourth-place finish in the 100-meter hurdles in back-to-back meets at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (13.43 (4.8)) and the Weems Baskin Relays (13.70 (1.0))
• Finished third overall in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.22 (2.9) at the USC Open
• Recorded times of 13.54 (-1.0) in the 100-meter hurdles and 24.73 (1.6) in the 200-meters at the UF Tom Jones Memorial event
• Placed 20th overall in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.96 (3.0) at the USC Open
• Turned in a personal-best time of 24.60 (0.6) in the 200-meters at the UNF East Coast Relays
• Placed sixth overall in the 100-meter hurdles at the UNF East Coast Relays with a time of 13.19 (2.4), the third-best time in the Sun Belt Conference on the season
• A key part of the relay units all season long - 4x400-meter relay unit placing first overall at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (4:04.67)
• Also one leg of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished first at the UNF East Coast Relays (44.68), second at the Weems Baskin Relays (44.92),  and fifth at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational (44.10) with the second-fastest relay time in CCU's annals

Indoor Season

• Earned All-Sun Belt third-team honors with a third-place finish (8.33) in the 60-meter hurdles at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Her time of 8.33 in the 60-meter hurdles is the second-fastest in school history and the third-best in the Sun Belt Conference for the indoor season
• Recorded the 10th-fastest time in the 60-meter dash in CCU history at 7.61 at the Bob Pollock Invitational
• Finished second overall in the 60-meter hurdles at both the Gamecock Opener (8.62) and the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (8.37)
• Placed sixth overall in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.62 at the Gamecock Opener
• Posted a sixth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the Carolina Challenge (8.52) and a seventh-place showing at the Bob Pollock Invitational (8.75)
• Turned in a time of 24.98 in the 200-meters to finish 16th overall at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational

2022 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Earned All-Sun Belt third-team honors in the 100-meter hurdles
• Competed in six meets for the Chanticleers during the outdoor season
• Set a season-best time of 13.72 (2.0) in the 100-meter hurdles to finish third overall and win bronze at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Posted a top-five finish at the Weems Baskin Relays, finishing fifth overall with a time of 13.76 (4.9) in the 100-meter hurdles
• Turned in a time of 14.07 (-1.0) in the 100-meter hurdles at the UF Tom Jones Memorial
• Recorded times of 13.73 (1.1) in the 100-meter hurdles and 25.11 (2.1) in the 200-meters at the USC Open
• Posted times of 13.81 (2.0) in the 100-meter hurdles and 25.00 (-1.0) in the 200-meters at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
• Was a member of the 4x200-meter relay team that finished runner-up at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a time of 1:39.49

Indoor Season

• Earned All-Sun Belt third-team honors in the 60-meter hurdles
• Competed in five meets during the indoor season
• Ran the 60-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles events
• Set a season-best time of 8.41 in the 60-meter hurdles finals to place third overall at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Finished third overall in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.55 at the 2022 Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
• Also placed 11th in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.89 at the Darius Dixon Memorial
• Posted a fifth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.58 at the Gamecock Opener
• Placed 12th in the 60-meter hurdles at both the Carolina Challenge (8.76) and the Bob Pollock Invitational (8.61)
• Turned in a time of 7.90 in the 60-meter dash at the Carolina Challenge, placing 20th overall
• Recorded a time of 25.90 in the 200-meters at the Gamecock Opener

2021 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in seven meets for the Chanticleers
• Earned a top-10 finish at the Alan Connie Invite in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.62 (2.5) to finish sixth overall
• Hurdled a personal-best time in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.20 (2.2) at the Gamecock Invitational, placing 14th overall
• Recorded times of 14.29 (-0.3) (North Florida Invite) and 14.63 (0.1) (UF Tom Jones Invitational) in the 100-meter hurdles
• Raced to a season-best time of 12.75 (-1.1) in the 100-meters at the Weems Baskin Relays

High School

• A two-time All-American in the 100-meter hurdles (2017 and 2018)
• Named to the HSXtra.com All-Area track & field team her senior year
• A 2020 North Carolina Class 3-A state runner-up in the 55-meter hurdles (8.07)
• Was a conference champion in the 55-meter hurdles
• Holds the school record for the 55-meter hurdles, which ranked 18th nationally for the year
• Took all honors and AP classes in high school
