Morgan Hall joined the Coastal Carolina sports medicine staff in August 2026 as an athletic trainer working primarily with the Chanticleers’ indoor volleyball program.
Hall came to Coastal Carolina after spending five years at Ohio University, including three years as an assistant athletic trainer working with the women’s basketball and golf programs.
During her time at Ohio, Hall provided comprehensive care for student-athletes, including developing individualized treatment plans. She also worked with a staff physical therapist to implement an ACL prevention program and helped researchers implement a concussion prevention program.
Hall began her time at Ohio as a graduate assistant athletic trainer from 2021-23. She worked primarily with the Bobcats’ softball program while also gaining experience with football. Her responsibilities included student-athlete care, rehabilitation programs, practice and game coverage and team travel. She also served as a preceptor for pre-professional athletic training students.
Hall earned three degrees in athletic training, receiving her Doctor of Athletic Training from Ohio University in 2025 and her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Ohio in 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Penn State in 2021.
A BOC-certified athletic trainer since 2021, Hall is a licensed athletic trainer in South Carolina and is CPR and AED certified by the American Heart Association. She has been a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association since 2018.
