CONWAY, S.C.-- The Coastal Carolina Volleyball team won its fifth straight match, and seventh straight at home,as the Lady Chants swept High Point, 3-0, (30-18, 30-25, 30-19), in Big South Conference Volleyball action, Saturday afternoon in Kimbel Arena.

The Lady Chanticleers had four players record double-digits in kills, led by Katie Knutson, Jeanne Lambert and Sarah Bennett who had 11 each, while Carly Draudt posted 10. Reigning Big South Conference Freshman of the Week, Jennifer Hampton, recorded eight kills for a .583 hitting percentage. Hampton also posted a match-high 43 assists.

Leading the way for High Point, (4-18, 1-6 Big South) was Tracyann Price who led the Panther attack with nine kills for a .444 hitting percentage. Kimberly Wright paced the High Point defense with 10 digs.

The Lady Chants, who have won five straight, and seven in a row at home, will travel to Charleston Southern for a Big South match on Tuesday, at 7 p.m.
