CONWAY - The Coastal Carolina University Department of Athletics today announced an exciting $10K Shootout Contest, presented by HMR Veterans Services, Inc., for the remainder of the 2016 men's basketball seasons that provides students an opportunity to win $10,000 for making a series of four shots in 25 seconds.

At all remaining Coastal Carolina basketball home games, a student will have an opportunity to win the grand prize of $10,000. If the randomly chosen student completes a layup, free throw, three pointer and half-court shot in that order in 25 seconds, the student will win the $10,000 prize.

The contest will continue until the grand prize of $10,000 is claimed or the 2016 regular season comes to a close on Feb. 25.

Students will have the opportunity to sign up before each game to participate in the $10K Shootout Contest. During halftime, one randomly selected student will be chosen to take part in the contest.

The $10K Shootout Contest will be held during the following games:
Jan. 14 vs. Presbyterian (7 p.m.)
Jan. 27 vs. UNC Asheville (7 p.m.)
Jan. 30 vs. Campbell (2 p.m.)
Feb. 11 vs. High Point (7 p.m.)
Feb. 13 vs. Gardner-Webb (2 p.m.)
Feb. 25 vs. Charleston Southern (7 p.m.)
