Coastal defeated South Carolina at the HTC Center on Nov. 13 to win its second straight game and start the season 2-0.
Naheria Hamilton led the Chants with 15 points, nine rebounds, three steals and a pair of blocks.

Going the Distance
Coastal Carolina women's basketball is traveling to California for the first time in program history, and making the program's second-longest trip. The Chants participated in the 2009-10 Great Alaska Shootout hosted by Alaska Anchorage.
On the Line
A win on Sunday would give Coastal its third 3-0 season start under head coach
Jaida Williams, and first since 2014-15. The Chants won three straight games to begin the Williams era in 2013-14, and won the first four games of the 2014-15 season.

Coastal has dished out 13 assists in each of its first two games this season, and currently ranks fourth in the Sun Belt in assists per game. Visone leads the Chants in helper with seven, including five in the last outing against South Carolina State.
