LAFAYETTE, La. - Top seed Coastal Carolina learned its opponent the Chanticleers' opening game in the 2018 Sun Belt Tournament as #8 seed UT Arlington defeated #9 seed Arkansas State, 5-4 in 10 innings, in the single elimination round of the conference championship Tuesday night.

Coastal and UTA are scheduled to start at 12:30 pm (CT)/1:30 pm (ET). The Chanticleers and Mavericks did not meet this season.
