Final Results

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Coastal Carolina shot a 5-over 293 in today's final round of the Gunrock Invitational to finish in third place. CCU shot a final two-day, three-round total of 15-over 879 (297-289-293).
 
Marie Lunackova was the Chants leader during the two-day, 54-hole event and finished the day shooting a 2-over 74. Her three-round total of 216 (72-70-74) had her with an even-par tournament, finishing the event tied for fourth place.
 
Another top-10 finisher was Tiffany Arafi. The freshman shot a third-round even-par 72 to finish the event with a 4-over 220 (76-72-72). Her final score had her tied for 10^th.
 
Frantiska Lunackova shot a 1-over 73 in today's round. Her total over the three rounds was a 6-over 222 (74-75-73), leaving her in a tie for 17^th.
 
Stephanie Henning had three solid rounds for CCU, and shot a 2-over 74 in today's final round. She finished the event tied for 20^th at 7-over 223 (76-73-74). Her score gave the Chanticleers four top-20 finishers in the event.
 
Reigning Sun Belt Player of the Week Jenjira Jinangkul shot a 7-over 79 in today's final round. The freshmen finished the event tied for 32^nd with a 12-over 228 (75-74-79).
 
Sacramento State won the event shooting a 5-under 859 (281-288-290) and 44^th-ranked California slid by the Chants to finish second with an 11-over 875 (298-290-287).
 
Rounding out the top-five after CCU were UC Davis who shot a 23-over 887 (296-291-300) and Grand Canyon with a 34-over 898 (299-302-297).
 
The Chanticleers will be back on the course March 16-17 at the Administaff Lady Jaguar Invitational. The event is hosted by Augusta University and will be played at the Forest Hills Golf Club.
