Opening Tip
• Today is Senior Day and Matt Lindsey, Ajay Sanders, Josh Coleman and Zac Cuthbertson will be honored before today's action.
• The Chants will finish up regular season play tonight against Troy.
• With a win in tonight's action CCU will finish the season with a 10-3 record at the HTC Center.
• The Chants enter the game still tied for fifth with Louisiana in the Sun Belt Conference standings.
• CCU needs to win tonight's game to assure themselves of a top-six finish in the final regular season standings ... The top six teams will travel straight to New Orleans without having to play a campus site game early next week with the winner of that game making the trip to the conference tournament.
• CCU enters this game having won three of its past four games.
• In a flip of the conference schedule, these two teams started off conference play at Troy back on January 3 and will end conference play in the final game.
• With Zac Cuthbertson's monster 28-point performance against South Alabama, he enters today's game needing only nine points to reach the coveted 1,000 career points milestone.
• Should he reach 1,000 points, he would become the 22nd player in CCU history to reach the milestone.
• Even more impressive, he would become only the third person to score 1,000 points in just two years ... Howard White (1974-76) scored 1,321 points and Manuel Jessup (1976-78) scored 1,124.
• Following all of today's Sun Belt Conference games, the Sun Belt will release the first bracket of the Sun Belt Conference Championship that will begin with first round games being played at campus sites ... Following those games the final eight teams will travel to New Orleans where those games are scheduled to begin Thursday March 14 with the first game scheduled for a 5 p.m. (CT) start.

• The Trojans enter today's game 11-18 overall and 4-13 in conference action.
• Troy fell at Appalachian State 72-64 in Thursday's action.
• Troy is averaging just over 70 points per game and has two players averaging double-digits.
