CONWAY – The Coastal Carolina women's soccer team will host the Jacksonville Dolphins at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C. on Friday night, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m. The match has been relocated due to the Coastal Carolina University campus being closed because of Hurricane Dorian.
Both the Chants (0-4) and the Dolphins (0-3) are searching for their first win of the 2019 season and for an edge in the overall all-time series as which is tied at 3-3 between the two teams.

Offensively, freshman
Santana Pressley has scored the lone goal on the season for the Chants while the previously mentioned trio leads CCU in shot attempts.
The last time the Dolphins and the Chants were scheduled to play the match was canceled due to the impact of Hurricane Irma in 2017. Before that Coastal Carolina pulled out a 2-0 win over JU in Jacksonville, Fla., on Sept. 11, 2016, with goals from former Chants

JU had its last contest canceled, due to the possible impact of Hurricane Dorian, as they were scheduled to visit the Miami Hurricanes on Sept. 1. Prior to the cancellation, Jacksonville fell 3-0 to Florida International in Miami, Fla on Aug. 31.
Junior Emma Vasquez leads the Dolphins offense with four shots on the season, while newcomer Olivia Abdallah has tallied three shot attempts and the lone goal for JU on the year.
