Cross Country to Host the Chanticleer Challenge Friday

Chanticleers will run at the Hackler Golf Course
CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina University men's and women's cross country teams will return to action this week, as the Chanticleers will host the Chanticleer Challenge Friday, Oct. 16, at the Hackler Golf Course on the campus of Coastal Carolina University.
The women's 5K race will begin at 4 p.m. ET while the men's 8K event will follow at 4:45 p.m. ET.
The women's 5K will include Coastal Carolina, Francis Marion, The Citadel, Southern Wesleyan, and Columbia College (S.C.).
The men's 8K race will include Coastal Carolina, Francis Marion, The Citadel, and Southern Wesleyan. Georgia Southern and Columbia College do not field men's cross country teams.
