Women's Golf to Compete at Mercer Invitational

MACON, Ga. – The Coastal Carolina University women's golf team will end the fall portion of their schedule when they play in the Mercer Invitational scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 9-10, hosted by Mercer University at the Brickyard Golf Course located in Macon, Ga.
The Brickyard Golf Couse has been voted as one of the top 100 American Public Golf Courses and has a layout of 7,180 yards over the 18 holes. The event is a 54-hole tournament with 36 holes being played on Monday and the final 18 holes on Tuesday.
The invitational will host a total of 10 teams which includes host Mercer along with BYU, Chattanooga, Coastal Carolina, East Tennessee State, Georgia Southern, Southern Mississippi, Troy, Western Kentucky, and Western Carolina.
The Chants will be represented by Frantiska Lunackova, Sophia Carlsen, and Heidrun Hlynsdottir.
