ATLANTA – The Coastal Carolina women's basketball program's opening weekend of Sun Belt Conference play set for Jan. 1 and 2 has been postponed due to COVID-19 protocols within the Georgia State women's basketball program.
 
The Panthers' women's basketball team has paused all team activities following a pair of COVID-19 positive test results impacting two Tier 1 individuals.
 
No decision as to when the two conference games will be made up has been made at this time.
