CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina's women's basketball team will travel to Raleigh, N.C., to face No. 8 NC State on Sunday, Dec. 6, at 2 p.m. ET in the James T. Valvano Arena at Reynolds Coliseum.
The Chanticleers (1-0) are coming off of a season-opening 88-56 victory at home over S.C. State while the Wolfpack (3-0) are coming off a 54-46 road upset victory over No. 1 South Carolina. Coastal, which will be playing NC State for the first time in women's basketball, will be looking for its first-ever victory over a ranked opponent in 17 attempts.

Aja Blount. The junior forward was one of five Chanticleers to hit for double figures as she scored a team-high 17 points in the season opener. Junior forward

Tyra Brown each had 15 points while guards
Alana Denson and
Kaylin West added 14 and 12 points, respectively, against S.C. State.
