• The longest winning streak in the series is four-straight games which has been done three times - twice by Charlotte (1981-85 and 1990-92) and once by Coastal (1986-88).

IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME
• Coastal Carolina and Charlotte will be facing off on the baseball diamond on Tuesday for the first time since 1994.
• The two teams played almost every year from 1980 to 1994 with the lone exception being from 1982 to 1984.

ABOUT THE WOLFPACK

• As a team, the Wolfpack are hitting .327 with 19 home runs and 95 RBIs over just 11 games in the 2020 season.
• The Pack are coming off three-straight wins at the Cambria College Classic in which NC State defeated Iowa (10-6), Purdue (6-0), and Minnesota (11-7).

ALL-TIME SERIES HISTORY WITH THE PACK

ROAD SEASON BEGINS
• Coastal Carolina's 2020 road slate will begin on Wednesday, March 4, at Doak Field in Raleigh, N.C.
• The Chants' first road contest was originally scheduled for Feb. 18 at UNCW. However, the game was postponed and moved to Springs Brooks Stadium on Feb. 19 due to heavy rain.
• CCU's second scheduled road game, which was to be played at the College of Charleston on Feb. 26, was postponed due to inclement weather as well.
• This week's road contest will be the first of eight-midweek road bouts this season for the Chanticleers which also includes midweek road matchups at Clemson (March 24), at Charlotte (March 31), at UNCW (April 7), at North Carolina (April 14), at Wake Forest (April 21), at Georgia (April 28), and at College of Charleston (TBA).
• Last season, the Chanticleers went 10-12 overall in true road contests and 12-14-1 in games played away from Springs Brooks Stadium in Conway, S.C.

HOME SWEET HOME

• The Chants' originally scheduled two road games - at UNCW on Feb. 18 and at College of Charleston on Feb. 26 - were impacted by the weather and moved to Springs Brooks Stadium or postponed to a later date.

STREAKING CHANTS
• After starting the season at 2-3, which included back-to-back losses to Saint Joseph's (Feb. 21) and Illinois (Feb. 22) at home, Coastal has run off five-straight wins.

• Coastal's longest winning streak last season was seven games when the Chants won seven-straight to open the season.
