CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's volleyball team (12-4, 6-0 SBC) will look to remain unbeaten in Sun Belt Conference play this weekend, as the Chanticleers will host both the ULM Warhawks (5-17, 1-6 SBC) and the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns (11-4, 6-1 SBC) at the HTC Center.
Face coverings WILL BE required for admission to all indoor Coastal Carolina home athletic events for 2021-22. Coastal Carolina University and the Department of Athletics are committed to providing a safe environment for the enjoyment of our patrons that attend our home intercollegiate athletic events. Individuals that disregard health and safety protocols may be asked to leave.
The Chanticleers will welcome the Warhawks to the HTC Center on Friday, Oct. 15, at 6 p.m. ET. On Sunday, Oct. 17, CCU will take on the Ragin' Cajuns at noon ET. Both matches will be video streamed live on ESPN+.
Friday night is Student Organization Night, while in-match trivia with the chance to win a prize will take place at both home events.

SERIES HISTORY VERSUS ULM & LOUISIANA
The Chanticleers are 5-0 all-time versus both the ULM Warhawks and the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns.
LAST TIME OUT
The Chanticleers improved to 12-4 overall this season, 6-0 in SBC play, and took control of first place in the Sun Belt East Division with victories over Troy (Oct. 8) and South Alabama (Oct. 10) at the HTC Center last weekend.
CCU IS PERFECT
Since the start of the 2020 season, the Chanticleers own a perfect record in regular-season Sun Belt Conference matches (22-0). Coastal went 16-0 in SBC play in 2020 and is off to a 6-0 start in conference play this season.
SUN BELT STREAK
The Chants' current Sun Belt Conference winning streak sits at 26-straight wins dating all the way back to the 2019 season. The last time CCU lost in the conference regular season was on Nov. 2, 2019, at Troy.
HOME COURT DOMINANCE
Coastal enters the weekend versus ULM (Oct. 15) and Louisiana (Oct. 17) on an eight-match home winning streak and is 8-1 at home at the HTC Center this season.
Since joining the Sun Belt in 2016, the Chants have gone 45-7 at home inside the HTC Center.

CLEAN SWEEPS OVER ULM
Coastal is a perfect 5-0 versus ULM all-time and has dominated the series not having dropped a single set in the all-time series with the Warhawks. CCU has won all five contests versus ULM in straight sets at 3-0.
TOPS IN SBC
The Chanticleers come into the weekend as the best serving team and blocking team in the Sun Belt Conference. CCU owns a mark of 1.81 service aces per set and 2.63 blocks per set, which both lead the Sun Belt Conference and rank in the top 30 nationally.
PETRENKO = ACE
Coastal Carolina junior setter
Brigitta Petrenko has been on point behind the service line again this season, as she leads the conference in both service aces (28) and services aces per set (0.48).
CLOSING IN
The Chants have two student-athletes closing in on the 1,000-career kill mark this season in
Ani Bozdeva and
Cheyenne Jones.
With her 291 kills in 2017 at Eastern Arizona College and her 681 kills at CCU, the super senior enters the weekend with 972 career kills.
Fellow Chant
Cheyenne Jones has picked up 117 kills this season at CCU and combined with her 774 total kills at UTEP from 2017-21, she has 891 career kills over her collegiate career.
