CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina men's tennis team's match with the host College of Charleston was washed out in singles play on Saturday afternoon. The Chants will return to action tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. versus Wofford at the College of Charleston Team Invite.
In doubles play, the Chants took two of three matches, as the team of
Diego Giraldo and
Federico Garnier was victorious at 6-2 over Zac Larke and Andre Limon, while the duo of
Bastien Huon and
Guilherme Toresan won 6-4 over Robby Krick and Matias Gaedechens.
Prior to the rain, the Chants led in three of the six singles bouts, yet only one would go final due to a retirement.
