Chanticleers Gear Up for Showdown with Dukes

CONWAY, S.C. – After a quick road trip out of state, the Coastal Carolina women's tennis team is returning to the Stevens Tennis Complex for the start of a four-match homestand.
The Chants will hit the court on Thursday at 11 a.m. ET, as they play host to the James Madison Dukes in a non-conference tilt.
CCU enters the match at 7-6 overall (1-1 Sun Belt), while JMU has a 6-7 mark on the campaign.
Jesse Hollins has been excelling on the court in doubles and singles play. The sophomore from Lexington, South Carolina has tallied a combined 7-0 record over the last two weeks for the Chanticleers while playing in the No. 2 doubles and No. 6 singles flights, respectively.
On top of Hollins' great play, CCU's Mathilde Tranberg and Megan Hopton are both coming off singles wins from last weekend in Georgia, with Tranberg entering Thursday's match on a three-match winning streak.
