CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina University has been chosen to host the 2023 NCAA Conway Regional, June 2-5, at Springs Brooks Stadium.
 
With high school graduations, football camps, and NCAA Regional activities on the Coastal Carolina University campus this weekend, fans are encouraged to arrive early. Please be aware with the events going on around campus that the parking lots will require a valid parking pass for entry.


PARKING INFORMATION
All parking lots will open four (4) hours before first pitch.
 
Parking passes must be purchased in advance. All lots next to the stadium are paid lots (QQ, J, M, P, R, UU). Spaces will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For free parking, the YY Lot is general parking. Shuttles will run from the YY Lot to Springs Brooks Stadium.
 
Chairs, grills, tents, and coolers are permitted. However, all items must fit and remain in the individual's parking spot. Chairs, grills, tents, and coolers are NOT PERMITTED in empty parking spaces. 
 
 
ADA-ACCESSIBLE PARKING
All parking lots contain the required number of ADA-accessible parking spaces. Access to these spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis for individuals with official state-issued ADA placards. ADA parking is located in Lot S. Complimentary golf cart shuttle service is provided from Lot S to Springs Brooks Stadium.

Guests may choose to utilize the drop-off service next to Brooks Stadium but will be required to exit the lot afterward and relocate the vehicle to the appropriate lot and space.

GATES OPEN ONE AND A HALF HOURS PRIOR TO FIRST PITCH
Gates will open one and a half (1.5) hours prior to first pitch. Scanners will be used at all gates, so please have your tickets ready to be scanned. Be certain you arrive early to avoid waiting in line and the potential for delayed admittance.
 
Stadium Safety Measures

• Clear Bag policy will be enforced as normal (Click Here).
• No stadium re-entry (pass-outs) is permitted.
• Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entering the stadium.
• Prohibited items include:
• Alcoholic beverages
• Umbrellas
• Purses larger than a clutch bag (4.5" x 6.5"), briefcases, backpacks, and cinch bags of any kind, fanny packs, luggage of any kind, computer bags/cases, camera bags/cases, binocular bags/cases or any bag larger than the permissible size (12" x 6" x 12")
• Coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, and/or flasks
• Food of any kind
• Video cameras, tripods, recording devices, detachable camera lenses over 6", and selfie sticks
• Weapons/concealed weapons
• Containers of any kind
• Aerosol and spray cans
• Mace/pepper spray
• Animals (except service animals)
• Laser lights, strobe lights, and pointers
• Irritants such as artificial noisemakers
• Fireworks/explosives
• Inflatables (beach balls, etc.)
• Flags and flagpoles, or any unauthorized banners or posters
• Strollers
• Illegal drugs
• Drones

 
T-SHIRT DISTRIBUTION
Fans with a valid ticket (All-Regional Pass or Single-Game Ticket) for Friday, June 2, are encouraged to visit the white tent located next to WILL CALL beginning at 5 p.m. ET to receive your free T-Shirt. Fans MUST present a valid ticket to receive a T-Shirt. One T-Shirt will be issued per ticket. The free T-Shirts will be issued to the first-come, first-serve while supplies last.
