CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina volleyball team will host regional rival UNCW on Tuesday, Sept. 12, at 6 p.m. ET, at the HTC Center on ESPN+.

The Chanticleers enter the match with a 4-5 overall record after picking up a pair of wins over the Princeton Tigers and the Virginia Cavaliers in Maryland last weekend.
Coastal is led by outside hitter
Jasmine Rivest, who has 92 kills on the season and 107 points for a 4.65 points per set average. Rivest, a redshirt senior, is joined by freshman
Jalyn Stout, who has 85 kills in six matches for 90.5 points. Stout also has 92 assists and 69 digs to average a triple-double.
Lauren Malone and
Agata Lesiak have helped out the offense with 72 and 65 spikes, respectively.
On the defensive side, freshman libero
Sydney Lewis helps the offense get set up with 94 digs,
Valentina Varani and
Dilara Unal protect the front line with 33 and 31 blocks, respectively, while Lesiak (23) and Rivest (17) have double digit blocks on the year.
ABOUT UNCW
The Seahawks enter the week with a 3-6 overall record after dropping a pair of contests in the Hampton Inn and Suites Seahawk Classic last weekend.
Alexa Brezeault leads UNCW's offensive attack with 77 kills while Caitlyn Callahan and Grace Melnick have added 69 and 54 put downs, respectively. The Seahawks' offense is aided by Annabelle Schall (193) and Morgan Galligan (148), who have combined for 341 of the team's 382 assists on the season.
UNCW's defense is led by Callahan (27) and Melnick (22) as the only Seahawks with over 20 blocks, while Brezeault and A'siya Magazine have 11 blocks each. Charlotte Cronister has 108 digs to lead UNCW while Schall and Quinn Manley have added 63 digs apiece.
