CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's soccer team will host the Stetson Hatters at the CCU Soccer Stadium on Sept. 10 at 1 p.m. ET.

- The Chants will begin a three-match homestand against the Stetson Hatters, followed by Old Dominion (Sept. 15), and App State (Sept. 20).
- CCU fell to 2-4 after suffering its fourth shutout loss of the season.

- Freshman Emily Petring is atop of the team with two goals, and she ranks sixth in the Sun Belt with 10 shots on goal.

- The Chants suffered a 3-0 loss to the UNCG Spartans on Thursday night.
- The Spartans held the Chants to just two shots from Rami Rapp and Lou Martinet, while they tallied 20 of their own.
- UNCG went into tackles with force as they led the Chants 17-9 in fouls in the match.
- Vivienne Carr made five saves on the match while the UNCG keep was not challenged once.
- The Hatters are yet to win a match on the season posting a 0-5-1 record.
- Stetson tied its last matchup versus Green Bay after Annika Seem scored an equalizer in the 80th minute.
- The Hatters have been outscored by their opponents 24-4 and outshot 99-57.
