Tripathi and Dixon Advance in ITA Carolina Regionals Doubles Draw

CARY, N.C. – The Coastal Carolina men's tennis team's pair of Eric Tripathi and Jack Dixon advanced to the round of 32 in the ITA Carolina Regionals doubles main draw on Friday in Cary, N.C.

Tripathi and Dixon picked up Coastal's lone win of day, defeating Elon in a doubles pro set 8-6.
Iannis Fernandes, Curzio Manucci, and Tripathi all fell in the first round of the 64-player singles main draw.
Tripathi and Fernandes competed in the consolation draw but lost to players from Gardner-Webb and Wake Forest, respectively.
Pairs from Furman, UNCW, and NC State picked up wins over three CCU doubles pairings.
