CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina women's basketball will travel to Raleigh, N.C., for a non-conference matchup with the No. 18 NC State Wolfpack of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) on Thursday evening Nov. 21. The opening tip is scheduled for 5 p.m. ET at the James T. Valvano Arena at William Neal Reynolds Coliseum. Fans can catch the action on ACCNX or HANK 105.5 FM radio.
HISTORY BETWEEN COASTAL AND NC STATE
This is the second-ever meeting between Coastal Carolina and the NC State Wolfpack. In December of 2020, the Wolfpack defeated the Chanticleers 98-46.

Coastal Carolina picked up its fourth win of the season with a 105-43 wire-to-wire win over the Union Commonwealth (KY) Bulldogs last Friday evening.
Savannah Brooks led the Chants with 20 points, while
Jaidyn Koerdt added 17. CCU has won four straight games to begin the season for the first time since the 2021-22 season and for the first time under third-year head coach
Kevin Pederson.
The offense is led by
Kristin Williams' 14.0 points per game, while Brooks (11.8) is averaging in double figures with
Mallory Bruce (9.5) just shy of double figures.
Jayden Marable and Brooks lead the team in assists with 14 and 11, respectively.
Defensively, the Chanticleers have forced 121 turnovers on the young season. Brooks leads the team with 14 steals with Marable swiping the ball nine times. Brooks and
Riley Stack leads the team with 5.8 and 5.5 rebounds per game, while Stack has blocked 13 shots early this year.
ABOUT NC STATE
The NC State Wolfpack is 2-2, with wins over ETSU and Kent State while falling to No. 1 South Carolina and TCU.
The Wolfpack is led by Aziaha James with 19.3 points per game, while Zoe Brooks (15.7) and Zamareya Jones (10.3) averaging double figures and Saniya Rivers (9.3) just missing double digits. James leads the team with 10 assists on the season.
On the defensive side, NC State has forced over 14.5 turnovers per game while outrebounding its opponents narrowly 38.3-35.8. Rivers is the top rebounder for the Wolfpack grabbing 6.0 boards per game, while also leading the team with six blocks on the year.
