CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina concludes the regular season on Friday as the Chanticleers hosts Georgia State at the HTC Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.


LAST TIME OUT
Makaila Cange scored a game-high 19 points, but it wasn't enough as James Madison pulled away in the final minutes for a 69-60 win over Coastal Carolina in a Sun Belt Conference women's basketball game Wednesday night at the HTC Center. Cange also had a team-high eight rebounds to lead the Chanticleers, who had four players score in double figures. Deaja Richardson had 12 points while Alancia Ramsey and Arin Freeman added 10 points apiece for Coastal.
 
HISTORY BETWEEN COASTAL AND GEORGIA STATE
Coastal Carolina and Georgia State are meeting for the 18th time. Coastal currently leads the overall series 12-5 and has won each of the last five meetings.

ABOUT COASTAL
The Chanticleers enter Friday's game with an 10-20 overall record and a 4-13 record in Sun Belt play. The Chants rank 12th nationally and lead the Sun Belt Conference with 22.6 free-throw attempts per game. Coastal also averages 14.6 free throws made per game and 3.8 blocks, ranking second in the conference in both categories. The Chanticleers are averaging 14.3 offensive rebounds per contest.
 
Stack leads the league with 58 total blocks and 1.93 blocks per game, ranking 23rd in the nation in total blocks. Cange ranks second in the Sun Belt with 243 rebounds this season, averaging 8.1 rebounds per game to go along with her 13.1 points per contest.
 
ABOUT GEORGIA STATE
Georgia State is 15-13 overall and owns a 9-8 record in league play. The Panthers' bench averages 23.6 points per game and Georgia State enters Friday trying to snap a four-game losing streak. 
 
Mikyla Tolivert leads the Panthers with 14.0 points and 2.0 steals per outing. Alyssa Phillip averages a team-high 7.0 rebounds per game, while Crystal Henderson enters the game with 4.5 assists per contest.
