NEW ORLEANS – Coastal Carolina women's golfer
Hannah Karg was named first team All-Sun Belt Conference the league office announced on Thursday.
Hannah played in each of CCU's 10 matches this season and finished with a 72.48 scoring average on the season. She picked up individual medalist honors at The Southern and also at the Golfweek/AGT Intercollegiate.
She picked up a second-place finish at the Rivertowne Invitational and was third at the 2024 Sun Belt Conference Championship, while picking up an eighth-place finish at the Hurricane Invitational.
Karg shot six rounds in the 60s this season with a round of 68 being her low-round. She shot that score at both the Evie Odom Invitational and at the Rivertowne Invitational. She also added 14 rounds of par or better scoring.
Her best scoring match was a four-under at the Hurricane Invitational and also finished with a three-under at the Rivertowne Invitational and at the Golfweek/AGT Intercollegiate. She added a one-under finish at the 2024 Sun Belt Conference Championship.
Over the course of the season she was named the Sun Belt Conference Golfer of the Week on three occasions and was named to the 2024 Sun Belt Conference Championship All-Tournament Team.
