Women’s Tennis Set to Host Troy, Georgia State

CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's tennis team (10-5, 4-1 SBC) returns home this weekend for two Sun Belt Conference matches at the Stevens Tennis Complex. The Chanticleers will face Troy on March 28 at 11 a.m. ET before taking on Georgia State on March 30 at 11:30 a.m. ET.
Coastal Carolina currently ranks fourth in the Sun Belt standings, trailing Arkansas State, Texas State, and No. 41 Old Dominion.
Troy enters the weekend with a 7-7 overall record and a 2-3 mark in conference play. The Trojans are coming off a narrow 4-3 loss to Georgia State on March 22.
Georgia State will travel to Conway after facing Georgia Southern in Statesboro, Ga., on March 28. The Panthers enter the weekend with a 3-10 record and will look to build on their momentum from a recent win over Troy.
